High Performance Transmission Line Stringing Tools Single Conductor Stringing Block
A Single Conductor Stringing Block is a specialized pulley used in overhead power line construction to guide and support a single conductor (or cable) during stringing operations. It ensures smooth, friction-reduced movement while preventing damage to the conductor.
Typically consists of a grooved wheel (sheave) mounted on a swivel frame.Made from aluminum, nylon, or composite materials to minimize conductor wear.May include rubber or urethane linings for added protection.
Applications:Used in transmission & distribution line installations,suitable for ACSR, AAC, AAAC, and other conductor types and often employed in dead-end or suspension setups.
